Teaching Windsusrfing and Sailing since 1978, after 25 years representing her country at the highest levels of International Windsurfing Competitions - now Amara Wartersports is happy to bring you the best Equipment and Training possible in our fun and friendly environment at Blue Lagoon Pattaya.

At the head of our business, AMW is run by Amara and her husband Craig. Our Head Instructor and Equipment Manager, "Bow" is also an excellent Windsurfer who has been trained proffesionally by the Windsurfing Association of Thailand and Amara Water-sports. We aim to embody within all our staff simple values of quality and simplicity inspired by and friendly to our natural environment.

For 25 years, Amara travelled the world, competing in Windsurfing events for Thailand. Returning to run her Windsurfing school on Jomtien Beach and train for her next competition.

Her dream, was to have her own club and share her experience in this fun and friendly atmosphere. The reward, the smiles of surfers returning from the water after another magic session Windsurfing, Sailing, and Paddling. We have grown into, not only a high quality school and family venue, we are also the largest supplier of Windsurfing, Stand Up Paddle-boards and Accessories in Thailand.

Amara Watersports Co., Ltd. are centered at "Blue Lagoon", the most beautiful unspoiled beach in Pattaya or Jomtien. Here you can enjoy that secluded island feeling, just 10km from the heart of a city full of famous hotels and fine restaurants. From this location we can also, train individuals, families, staff for Resorts, Schools and other water-sports centers. We are happy to share our experience, and we usually have the latest and best equipment in stock at our warehouse.

Ex World Champion Windsurfer, Amara is part of  Thailand's rich windsurfing history. She has been teaching people how to sail and windsurf since 1978. She competed for Thailand for 25 years, winning her first European Competition at age 16.

Her Brothers Kai, and Jeab were also both Gold Medalists in South East Asian Games. After decades of experience and many years sharing good times wtih  really special people it is our pleasure to share this exciting and healthy lifestyle with you.
