Junes light winds were perfect for our long-board windsurfer's who were getting plenty of action. Cruising the coast from Bang Saray to Koh Larn and back. These boards have amazing glide and give you a freedom to travel and get home again in wind as light as 2 or 3 knots. When it is that light, even the sailing boats are using the motor. You are really the only silent vessel out there. A great way to check out coastal property developments.

July 2010

Since mid July we started to have some truly epic Windsurfing Days. (sorry no photos but this video gives you some idea taken same time last year, but in lighter winds)

After about 6 weeks of little wind, the first full planing sessions were much enjoyed. Skipping effortlessly across the near flat water on super efficient, light weight windsurfing gear is bliss defined. I love this as much as over-powered storm sessions which also arrived..

Stretch and Listen

Many people put a lot of effort into securing their financial future, but do so at the expense of the health of their bodies. It is not uncommon for people to live to 80 years and older now, ( I am speaking of the half of the population who earn more than 1UDS and actually have access to this ).
Not much point in Being financially secure, if you are trapped in an old worn out body. You do not have to be a complete health nut to invest a little effort and time into looking after your body, It is after all the vehicle you will spend the rest of your life in. Would you choose a clapped out bomb for the ride of your life when you could have a 4WD Porsche? Fortunately, having a healthy body is available to most of us.

Food for thought

Anyone who has done any reading on Nutrition will know that there is a lot of contradicting information from intelligent sounding sources. So it is hard to get a definitive answer, and taking a middle road will be sub-optimal at best.

So while I can not verify the information below, it certainly makes common sense, and is likely to do far more good than harm.
